Does anyone know why this site runs on GMT +4.5. As far as i know, isnt that Afghan time?? is Boards run by terrorists or is there a more reasonable explanation??? Sorry for the randomness, but i was gonna ask sooner or later.

Take it to the system folder buddy, also check your time settings in user CP
