    Hi,

I have a 2+ year old Dell Dimension 4550. It has 512mb of PC2100 RAM. I want to add another 512mb to it. I was wondering, do I have to use the same type of RAM that is already there (PC 2100) for it to work or can I use something else?

    Thanks

    go to shop4memory.com

use the memory configurator to match up some compatible ram with your dell.
