has anyone seen the new 3V card from Irish Permanent? (www.3v.ie). it is meant to be a credit card for people without a credit card. you just go around to your local spar and put some money in your card and can then use it for internet shopping etc...

...would you say it's okay? just want to be sure before i put some money in it!

Really a debit card if you're paying for it before you use it...:)

Oh yeah - I'd say it's fine by the way, these kind of things have been running in America for quite a while - I was wondering when they'd finally get here.

EDIT: Yeah, sure, go for it :)! Perfect for purchases like that and - a big plus really - you can't run up any debt with it!
