Hi lads,

Thinking about getting a new monitor soon, currently have a pretty old 17" Hansol CRT that only does 85hz refresh rate, reliable monitor absolutely no trouble with it except that I'd fancy something capable of 120hz @ 800*600 17" or 19".

From reading up about LCD monitors I'm not too keen as I expect something that matches what I'm looking for would be around 300-500e? Any recommendations on either CRT or LCD screens that match my wants? 300euro budget

If you want it for gaming i'd recommend a 19" CRT. Something that can use resolution of 1280 x 1024 at 90Hz.
