I think the reviews on the customer service side of music123 are pretty varied so just beware.

Yes. Basically, he ordered a bass, the address was changed to some bloke in Texas or somewhere like that, the Doc emailed Music123 to correct he, he was assured it would be changed...until it was delivered to the other bloke. Took him loads of farting about to get the bass.

Oh.. customs charges are very likely. Were you hit for customs with the SZ from guitarbargains.com Fey?

i got a guitar and pickups from there in 03, the total for the guitar was 700 or so + 100 shipping... Then when the guitar got delivered to the door it was around an extra 100 more for customs... they'll ring u when its delivered to check will u accept the chrages, then u pay at the door...

there customer service was decent to me, i made sure my adress was right though i have about 5 emails asking Q's about everything, so nothin wud go wrong, and i got a reply to my Questions within the hour, i had no probs with them anyways =/

I ordered a Martin jc16rgte off them, got hit by customs but still saved myself around €600 on it. I had great service from them, the guitar arrived in around 4 days which was nice.

You will defo get charged cuz they deliver it straight to your door and you will have to pay the delivery guy the tax and stuff.I got a cymbal set and stands from them in about january.u can also track your order online so u know where it is.u still save after tax cuz ireland is a rip off.

Hey....I brought in my Bass from BASS CENTRAL in Florida. They knew that I'd get hit by customs bringing it into Ireland so they put on the Box - "Used as New " This means that the customs can only charge you minimal amount of import duty. Shop to Door I brought my musicman Stingray 5 for about €1400 and that is with the 3 band graphic. Would you pay over 2 grand in Ireland ???? You can bet your ass you will !!
