    I reckon it CDs but my friend(a translator) was adamant it was CD's, but I don't buy that..

    Apostraphies(sp?) are for use as possesives: Where is that CD's case?
    The 's' on its own is for pluralisation: Where are all my CDs?

    Apostrophe is also used where there are letters missing.
    They're = They are
    Ma'am = Madam
    and the one everyone gets wrong
    You're = You are
    as opposed to
    Your = belonging to you

    Just C.D., short for compact discs.

    actually C.D. stands for compact disc.

    Yeah, but also for compact discs if you think about it.
    It wasn't a real answer though, that would be 'ceedees'.

    Old fashioned: C.D.'s
    Quite old fashioned: CD's
    Modern: CDs
