    I thought that when you searched via Yahoo, all it did was use the Google engine to get results anyway?? Least that's what I read somewhere, not that that means it's necessarily true of course.

    That used to be the case up until about two or three years ago, but Yahoo decided to go ahead and use their own search algorithms.
