    yes i know your going to say this has been answered many times..

    i dont download to much but im a heavy user, just wana know if the really do check you cap....

    and also im on trial so is it true they could monitor my download and if i use to much just put me in the bad boys room with all the other heavy downloaders and trottle me;)??
