Finaly just one more component needed. Building a whole new system, have my case, PSU, mobo, cpu, hdds and graphics. Just need to get my RAM. It needs to be DDR2. Whats the best DDR2 to get for a P4 systems, without having to sell everything but your soul to afford! I'm looking at shop4memory.com and theres 1GB (2 x 512mb)…

I'm looking at shop4memory.com and theres 1GB (2 x 512mb) of 667MHZ Mushkin stuff for €279, with timings of 4-4-4-11. Seems to be the best bang for buck at least.

Any recommendations?

Corsair Twin2X DDR2 5400 from Komplett for €226, or if your budget can stretch, this 5400 DDR2 UL is super fast, "verified to operate at 675MHz at the low latencies of 3-2-2-8 at 2.1 volts." but it's €305.
