    Just picked up two of these beauties over at expansys.

    Mini SD comes with SD adapter :cool:

    You can get a 512MB SD card for about €40 here (1GB for €70).

    Thks for heads up - looks great value - what are the up/down speeds?

    Do you know any place cheaper for mini SDs?

    Probably not in a good position to say. I have an SD card slot in my laptop and I also use the SD card in an XDAII. Transferring stuff to/from XDA is slow anyway so I wouldn't even attempt to give a benchmark on that. Especially since you'd have to factor in the XDA's SD slot performance. When slid into the laptop, it's quite zippy. I'll try and perform a little test on it when I get home.

    Just to let you know that I eventually benchmarked the FlashCardDirect SD card and it came in at about 2MB/s (about 50 seconds for a 100MB file read and write).
