    Is that orc thing in reference to the fact that he's a huge Dungeons & Dragons fan? It came up when he appeared on Conan O'Brien, he wrote an introduction for one of the current D&D books. He also started listing the stats for some character he created. I know almost nothing about D&D (appart from the fact that theres dwarves & elves & stuff in it, & its a role-playing game), so I have no idea if it was a decent character or not.
