    Yes folks, it's true- after 3 runner's up medals, the big-serving Croat(one of my fave players at Wimbledon) has finally done it.

    There were tickets on sale first-come first served- due to work commitments I didn't make it until the end of the third set, but what followed was some of the most amazing tennis I've ever seen. I'm still bouncing up and down! biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

    I was delighted to see him win, and more delighted to see that he was a most humourous and magnanimous winner, as opposed to the "professional tanned robot" brigade for whom winning just seems to be the end of a routine.

    Yeah, was nice to see him win, was supposed to be a great final, but i only saw the end of the last game frown.gif Silly american tv.
