Error Message when opening Picasa 2

I recently upgraded to Picasa 2 but am now getting the following warning message comes up every tiem I open it. I recently upgraded to Picasa 2 but am now getting the following warning message comes up every tiem I open it.

Active Movie Window: Moviethumb.exe - Ordinal Not Found
The ordinal 12 could not be located in the dynamic link library mcmpgdec.dll
and an OK button.

Once I hit OK the program runs.
Anyone know how to resolve this?
If I search for moviethumb.exe its found in C:\Program Files\Picasa2
If I search for mcmpgdec.dll it finds it in 3 locations: C:\Program Files\Movie Jack 3.5 VCD, C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\Mpeg and C:\Windows\System32\Hauppage

Is this message just a nuisance or symptomatic of something more serious?
