Well spotted Looks like someone was in a big hurry to get home or something - the descriptions for the "happening" weather are very terse.

it makes sense. it wont be harm and it wont be cold. it wont be wet, and wont be dry. wont be cloudy and wont be clear.

simply nondescript like watching Coronation Street.

this makes a change from american weather forecating where its going to be the "oh my god, the coldest it ever was in my entire life",
