How do you protect ur PSP

I dont want my psp to get scratched etc, so ive bought a screen cover, should i get the plastic rubbery thing that covers the rest of the console, anyone got one? whats it like?

I'm getting one that's like a metal box with a flip top lid thing. Probably expensive but I'll pay the price.
