As you all know our St Vincent de PAul Tourney is on this Friday night.
What would be the normal breakdown of the prize money.
The way we were thinking was that for 300 players we would pay the top 18 with 200 we would pay top 15.
    What % should 1st get etc ?

About 30% imho... I'll ask Luke Ivory tonight what way they pay out the 270 game in the Fitz (and then crank back the top prize, Luke likes his big first prizes! :) )

With 300 you should certainly pay the top 18. With only 150 the Fitz pays 18 as well. With 200 you should probably pay the top 18 in fact.... thats just my opinion, what do others think?

Paying 10% of the field seems fair to me.

As the amount being paid out will be 75% of all the €20's I would like to pay as many as possible and have the 18th place make a profit on the night.
    my idea was as follows
    1st 30%,
    2nd 15%
    3rd 8%
    4th 7%
    5th 6%
    6th 5%
    7th 4.5%
    8th 4%
    9th 3%
    10th 3%
    11th 2.5%
    12 2.5%
    13th 2%
    14th 2%
    15th 1.75%
    16th 1.75%
    17th 1%
    18th 1%
