Known problem with Sky+

    I got Sky+ 6 months ago and everything was fine until last weekend. Now I can't play programs I've recorded. Sky told me to power off the box wait for a minute then try it again. No luck. They said its a known problem and they're testing new software to see if that fixes it. They also said to delete everything on the hard disk but that's two weeks worth of recordings I made while I was on holidays :mad:

    Is anyone else having this problem? Any workarounds?

    Hi Posterboy, I`m having exactly the same problem as you, but on a 3 week old +box :confused: . Very annoying! :mad: . I just cant face dealing with $ky right now having had a long and protracted row with them over a second +box activation (Christmas Present for brother) :( which they refused to activate, leaving me with a nice shiny doorstop! :mad: . Anyway to get back on subject, I hope they sort it out SOON!, but I doubt it! :rolleyes:
