Insect problem, maybe

    Noticed over the past year a few unusual insects in two rooms of the house. (About 7 or 8 of them in total). They look like sliverfish from what I've found on the web. Caught my eye because I've never seen them before. Is this likely to be the start of a problem? Anyone else have experience of them or similar? The info on the web is a bit worrying and I thinking I'll have to nip them in the bud before the problem gets worse. Maybe I'm overeacting though. Should I tackle it myself or get some bug busting crowd to do it. :confused:

    Don't have them lad but seem to be infested with a black worm like insect for the last 2 month.
    Around bath, sink, toilet and one night around the front door, about 20 of them!
    Fkers riggle when you go to lift them!!
