    Hello, I'm wondering if you could inform me as to where I may be able to find my personal student number. Would it be on any leaving cert or cao docs?

    Also, my department of education school roll number. I only have the print outs of my lc results, would it be on them? I can't check until my dad gets home and shows me where the folder they're in is.

    Depends on what college you go to, is your student number the same as your CAO number. For instance in trinity it is.

    This is the same as your CAO number afaik and yes it would be on your LC results printout.

    Not true.

    Each school has a roll number assigned to it by the Dept of education and Science. It has nothing to do with the CAO. It should be possible to get it on the Dept of Education & Science Website (www.education.ie) [can't check as it's down at the mo]. It may also be on your LC results page. Failing that, give your school a call and ask for their roll number.
