Possible risk of cancer from Protopic

I was prescribed Protopic 3 yrs back for a serious case of dermitis that took nearly 3 months of using protopic to clear it up. Thankfully it did, but I've just been reading that the FDA has issued a public health advisory to inform healthcare professionals and patients about a potential cancer risk from use of Protopic.

    Should I be concerned?

I have been feeling pains in my left shoulder over the last 2-3 weeks and this is one of the areas where a lot of the cream would have been applied.
