Ryanair and middle names

My friend is flying Ryanair for the first time in a couple of months. Her passport has her middle name on it, but she omitted the middle name when booking the flight. Will this matter or will Ryanair just be satisfied that her passport has her first and last name on it? Thanks...

I think there's a surcharge for middle names.
