    Lizarazu stays at Bayern
    Thuram moves to Juventus
    Petit goes to Chelsea
Veron seems to be having a nervous breakdown

Seems likie no-body wants to go to United these days apart from Ruud Van Dodgy knees

If however he lands Viera then old man Fergie will have the best team in the land

I bet United will slip away when Sir Alex goes unless they appoint Ottmar Hitzfelt

Lets get back to basics Niall, the ball is round

Even with no further signings, they'll still be favourites to win the league.

Hill-wood is not going to sell Viera to Man Utd under any circumstances, though they have resumed talks with Veron.

You have to question the PLC giving Ferguson so much money to spend seeing as it'll be his last year in charge though

The face of a child can say it all, especially the mouth part of the face.

They are firm favourites to take the title again, but everyone is looking beyond Fergeson.

Players (now) and Managers (in a year) are looking at a poisen chalice. No one can live up to the expectation of Man U fans and media and few clubs (if any) have managed to sustain success on Man U's level over changes in management.

Man U will not be able to dodge the bullet thats on its way and throwing money at it will not help any. No one wants to be the stand-in to be compared to Fergeson or United greats.
