Viera was a sub at AC Milan with no future at the club

Arsene Wenger was the only one who believed in him and turned him into arguably the world's best player

And how does the boy who grew up in poverty and looked to have no big future in the game thank the man who turned him in to a World Cup / European Championship winner?

He asks to leave before Wenger can complete his masterplans. and why? not ambition not fufulment but MONEY I mean is 3 million a year contract not enough

And guess who is behind the move Marc Roger the same Marc Roger who organised Nicholas the Wingers move to Real Madrid (was any one else glad to see him fail).

Worst of all this man who is making a mockery of all the rules by talking to Juve with out Arsenal's Permission is not even a registered agent with FIFA. This behaviour sickens me and would sicken any fan of football

Viera should be grateful he is not in a slum in Senegal instead of Winning the world cup with his ADOPTED country France

And Patrick i hope u leave the Premiership and corrupt football somewhere else

Lets get back to basics Niall, the ball is round

Hmmmm I don't think the initail problem was with Vieira it is with his agent the infamous "Marc Roger", you may remember him from other famous transfer sagas such as Nicholas Anelka 1 & 2. Obviously he couldn't earn any more by moving Anelka on this year so he has picked out another of his players.

Its looks like Vieira has made a statement saying he wants to move to win some honours etc etc. I remember Overmars & Petit saying the same last year and they won fuk all with Barca last year, I mean Arsenal lasted longer in the Champions League than Barca last year ffs. Vieira has lost a **** load of respect from Arsenal supporters because of this, Arsene Wenger resurrected his Career from been a bench warmer in AC Milan to been a member of a World & Euro Cup winning team, he wouldn't have gotten that chance if he was still sitting on a bench in Italy.

I reckon Arsenal will sell him to a Continental Club for around £40 Million. There is no way he will be sold to United!!!

The one thing that has come out of this is that FIFA need to sort out rogue agents like Roger. It is quite obvious that he manipulated the situation brilliantly to suit his needs.

    Gandalf.

I just wish Arsenal had the balls to put him in the reserves for a year.
That way he'd miss out on the world cup, and you know he might just learn that signing the new contract, which he signed after Manu left, if he had no intention of staying was just dishonest.

Only problem is like most big clubs, their a business first and a footie club second.
