IBB: Moving Radio unit?

I'll be emailing IBB tech support about this, but chancing my arm that I'll get a quicker response here... ;)

I was moving the radio unit - the piece of kit that connects the antenna to the network card - and needed to power it down. Now I seem to have lost my connection. This is the result of pinging the default gateway:

Pinging 82.141.72.193 with 32 bytes of data:

    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.
    Request timed out.

    Ping statistics for 82.141.72.193:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Is there a particular order for disconnecting/powering down the radio unit? I thought it was to power down, then disconnect, but perhaps not...

    Anything else I could try?
