Short Term Broadband

Ok, i'm moving to Castleknock in Dublin for close to 5 months and would like to have broadband in the house i'll be living in. Yet everywhere i've checked seems to be a 12 month contract which isn't feasible as i'd have to pay 7 months extra. Do companies have a buy out clause ? How much does it tend to be and is there any provider that doesn't have a 12 month contract.

    Cheers in advance,

    Moll
