    What is the more traditional recipe of Ireland? - potatoes, cabbage, bacon, carrots etc. Most young people now eat more international food - pasta, rice and so on.
    What is the more important restaurant of Ireland? There are one or two that have been awarded Michelin stars so they they should be pretty good. Otherwise, there are fashionable restaurants in every town and this can change from year toyear.
    In Ireland, is there dinners between colleagues? Yes, sometimes.

    What do typical drinks symbolize the Irish? Guinness and whiskey but they're clichés!

    LANGUAGE
    What language do you speak at home or between friends? Me, Irish. Most people English or whatever their mother tongue is.
    What language do you speak in business? Me, Irish, most people English.

    RELIGION
    Do you speak often about religion? Sometimes - amongst friends or if there is a religious issue in the news a lot.
    Do you speak often about religion in business? No, it probably wouldn't be appropriate in most situations.

    What is the more well-know Irish movie? Umm... "Adam and Paul" was a recent success but I don't think it's that famous. So was "The Magdalen Laundries". Older films like "The Commitments" or "In the Name of the Father" maybe

    What kind of music are you listening? - me, anything - classical mostly these days.
    Which famous Irish artist are you listening? - I don't like any of the famous Irish singers! The ones I like are pretty obscure!

    Can you explain for a foreign person what are the mains events in a year in Ireland? Christmas, Easter, St.Patrick's Day, Hallowe'en, peoples' birthdays, summer holidays

    In Irland, can we go out between colleagues? Most work colleagues socialise together by going out for a few drinks after work on a Friday night or maybe a meal to celebrate a birthday or something.
    In this case, where can you go? Pubs or restaurant

    In Irland, can we go out between colleagues? In most places there is a good social life- staff usually get on with eachother and go out together
    In this case, where can you go? Pubs, Clubs, Cinema, Restaurants, Parties

    What is the more traditional recipe of Ireland? Stew, Bacon,cabbage and boiled spuds, Cuibheens, Giuness and beef stew, lots of stew, it seems we like beef and potatoes,and carrots,and peas....
    What is the more important restaurant of Ireland? There are lots of them, people aren't all that fussy- fashion changes from year to year but each group of "normal" people would probably have a favorite place to go. Depends where you are. As long as you can have nice food,nice staff,alcohol,and your friends/partner they are pretty much all good. Then there are the chippers.......
    In Ireland, is there dinners between colleagues? Depends on the company I guess, generally yes there is socialising -and a Christmas party.
