New Rugby Tournement?

I was just thinking ,that Irish rugby ,and Celtic rugby ,never gets a chance to display it's self on the world stage ,by beating top teams from the southern hemisphere ,aswell as the mighty English, but i feel ,every 2 years ,a few weeks after the end of the 6 nations , there should be a Celtic team Vs. a Nordic (is that correct?) team, in the form of Ireland, Scotland, Wales Vs. France,England, Italy

    The celtic Tigers!!

I believe that a scott ,irish , and welsh team combined ,would not only beat a nordic team, but would give players who don't make lions tours a chance to take on the worlds best ,and possibly win ,this would develop, and enhance the game of the northen hemisphere emensley ,and would bring it up to the competetive we need to take on the aussi's new zealand ,and S.A. ,what do you think?

I also think there should be greater involvement of smaller Europen teams to develop northen hemisphere rugby such as a 10 nations , with romania, and some other teams in it biggrin.gif

Next year there will be a Celtic League involving the Irish provinces, the Scottish Districts and the Welsh Clubs. The European cup and Shiled already allow for pan _ European competition.

There is already a six nations b tournament involving,
Romania, Spain, Georgia, Portugal, russia and the Netherlands
