    Just noticed there's no specific Boxing forum on boards.ie So i hope this can fit here.

    Just watching highlights of the Irish boxers in the 4 nations v Cuba thing. According to the commentary, the irish guys are performing magnificently and pulling off loads of upsets. I know the irish guys are young, 19,20,21 but some of the cubans look like boys. I've tried to track down a biography, specifically date of births but no luck. Anyone know what age the cuban guys are, in particular Ivan Perez Prevot???

    Did my eyes deceive me or was that Perez fight -48kg. That seems very very very light. I'm a fairly small guy and I weigh about 66

    Is this on Setanta? If it is I'll probably get to see it 20X times over the next week!

    I just read briefly about this in the paper and bumped into a few lads who train in St Saviours. Apparently Dean Murphy is boxing a world champion.
