Looking for a cheap graphics card for use in my old 1.8GHZ P4, 256 RDRAM.
Not looking to play Doom 3 or anything (wouldn't complain though!), just want to play Deus Ex 2 and a few things my ancient GeForce 2 MX can't manage.

Would the Radeon 9550SE be a good choice?

why dont you pick up a second hand 9800pro of the forsale forum. they go for about €100. the least i would get is a 9600pro

the 9550 is a lower version of the 9600, and SE is only marginally slower. It should do fine.

Don't really want to go as high as €100 as it isnt something essential since my PC is mainly for work these days.
Have to get a new hard drive from Komplett so might as well get something from there while I'm at it.

    Thanks for the advice
