Would having Brian O'Driscoll as a neighbour put you off buying a house at Seafield?

I'm sure most of you have seen the adverts by now. How he likes to get away from it all, how Wexford is his favourite place in the world, how he's looking forward to taking romantic walks on the beach.

Just wondering would anyone actually be put off buying if you knew he was lurking about the place.
