SSH from behind an ISA Proxy Server

Does anyone know how to ssh to a linux machine when running Windows behind an ISA Proxy, using putty or similar? I've googled a bit and it seems putty can't deal with this type of proxy but I read to try Mindterm, which didn't work for me either.

I've read guides on how to get around the problem if your running Linux, by using NTLMAPS, and I think what I need is something similar that will work for me in Windows. Any ideas?

www.isaserver.org has always solved every problem I have had.
The forums there are decent enough, maybe a bit slow for replies, but they eventually come. There may already be a write-up about what you are looking for.
