Will i be okay without a passport to travel to London?

    I cant find it, i have a valid drivers licence, that should do for an ireland to uk flight and back shouldnt it?

    Ryanair require passports - or well they did back in February for a trip to Stanstead.

    Before 9/11 it was possible to travel between Ireland and the UK with out a passport, a drivers licence would do. Most airlines require it now.

    Find your passport or book your place on a ferry.

    flew with them a few weeks ago and used my drivers licence. Check their website though.

    Thats not what my flight confirm says? just says valid photo id or passport?

    A valid European Economic Area (EEA) driving licence with photo presented by an EEA national IS ONLY ACCEPTABLE for travel on domestic flights i.e. internal flights within the UK, internal flights within Italy and UK-Republic of Ireland-UK routes. N.B. Children under 16 years (including infants) travelling with an adult are required to have photo-ID when travelling on flights between European Economic Area (EEA) countries. Acceptable photo-ID for children under 16 is either a valid passport or a valid National Identity Card issued by an EEA country. Photo-ID for children under 16 years is not required in the following circumstances:

    twas fine, not a problem at all, no need for passport going to uk a valid drivers licence will do
