    I'm going out tonight and I really don't wanna risk losing my passport cos I'm going away next week. I have a photocopy, do you think that would be acceptable as I.D? My friend said no, cos it could be easily faked, but what if I had my student card as well to prove I'm college aged? I'm going in fairly early as well and my friend claims they haven't asked her for ID before 11.
    I'm just paranoid about losing my passport cos I don't have time to replace it and I've had a lot of things stolen recently.

    Shouldn't be a problem if you have the student card with the photo. Wouldn't risk taking the passport as god knows what might happen.

    I don't have a driving license and lost my Garda ID when my purse was stolen. Been using my passport for a while and nothing has happened but now it's too late to get it replaced should I lose it and knowing my luck, tonight would be the time I did.
