My case fan has 3 pretty leds but is way too loud for my liking and is really getting on my nerves so it must go, where can i get a good quite 80mm case fan? Any recommendations.

I got a BeQuiet one from Hitide - very little noise from it.

I've got an Antec 120mm case fan unopened if you're interested. I'm pretty sure it's this one. €15 incl p&p.

Actually i think its a 120mm fan and not 80 as mentioned, this is the case
HERE, where did you get the BeQuite from Macros42, as for the Antec im not too sure would it be any less louder than the one i already have! do you know how loud it is? (in dB on the specs if any). thanks for input

According to the Antec site I linked to above ^, it's 29.8 dBA which is quite good.

A mate of mine picked up a 9dB 80mm fan on www.jes.de, don't remember the make though, not a major brand like coolermaster or antec. He has three of them in his system. It makes my system sound like a huricane.

you could take out the fan and have a gander at it, the pin might be a bit loose and so the fan vibrates while it rotates
