Huge lane Art gallery

    Anybody interested the Huge Lane Art Gallery is reopening this friday.Been working there for past few days,Francis Bacon is still in back,but new paintings by artists will be on show.Only name that comes to mind at mo is Patrick Ireland among others.

    There's a show by about five artists who have never shown in Ireland before who made site-specific work in response to the gallery space or it's collection or so I've read.

    Forgot to say its going to be open for awhile then closing again to facilitate getting the other building beside it up and running.The building beside it(National Ballroom) i think thats what its called,they bought it and are extending the gallery into there.

    If anyone is passing you will see the bridge between Huge lane gallery to the ballroom.This is concrete at moment but ive seen the plans for it and its going to be a glass feature of some sort i think..
