I think I may have a Keloid

theres a hardish lump at the back of my ear beside my stretching its very tender to the touch, I'm worried incase its a keloid (never in my life have i hoped for a boil so much) I thinks it due to me putting in and taking out my mushroom plugs a lot when im washing them, has any one any info or tips for what i should do?

Consult a doctor. Keloids are common enough on ear lobes, but you'd want to be sure.
