Bicycle Casino Games... anyone have this?

It's a crappy little casino game with a fairly fun, if limited, poker section. I'm pretty sure it doesn't know the rules of poker, though, or else I'm going a wee bit mental in my headbox. Comp: 2C AS -winner
Me: 10H 10C

Boards: AH QC 3C KC 7C

The game is of course Texas Holdem. To me, it looks like I win with a ten-high blue-flush. The 'winner' actually comes last. Anyone know what's going on?
