Howye. Got a longbow recently and in the "downtime" summer months I'm going to give it a shot (no pun intended ;) ) Does anyone know of a (free) online guide I can download?

You could talk to someone in ITFAS - it's their type of thing. Don't know if they have anything going on near Galway tho.
