I'm surprised tv3 news hasn't had a news poll on its whereabouts.

My local shops were selling trays of Sprite ice recently for next to nothing, as soon as I tasted it I thought "canada dry". It's very similar.

Guy I worked with moved to Canada so I wanted to give him a drink of that so I could tell people he was going to drink canada dry.

It was much funnier when i was locked.

You can get it in England. Fanta Ginger ale I had in Florida is much nicer though. WHy are there no nice brands of ginger ale in Ireland?

It gives you a horrible hangover if you mix it with vodka.

Oh yes there is. Go find Fentimans Ginger Ale. It is the nicest thing ever. It is kind of hard to get but it is becoming more available. You can get it in several places in Dublin. In Mortons in Ranelagh, the Mace opposite Whelans, the health food shop in Georges St Ardcade and the Nourish health food shops. It is expensive and very slightly alcoholic, 0.5%. But it is the nicest thing ever, very gingery, it will practically burn your throat off.

It comes in a brown glass bottle, it is shaped a bit like an old stout bottle and it has a drawing of an alsation's head on the front.

I don't normally like fizzy drinks but this is fantastic. In fact I'm going to have a bottle after dinner. (Not with dinner because I'm having a curry and my throat won't handle both at once).

Someone need to lobby the government to get Canada Dry, Tab and Liptons Lemon Ice Tea back on the Irish market. But they're wasting all their resources on silly health issues.

Actually the homemade gingerale in Elephant and Castle Restaurant is really nice. Id love to learn how to make that.

My Dad used to drink this by the gallon when I was a kid. I saw a bottle in Sainsburys Newry a while ago and bought him some. He said it didnt taste the same as the stuff he used to drink..Maybe they changed the recipe?
