    What is the vb(6) equivilant datatype of SQL Server's DateTime?

    Date. Note that Date literals must be enclosed within hashes (#).

    Examples:

    Private dMyDate As Date
    dMyDate = Now()
    dMyDate = #August 3, 2001#
