Laptop for around 850€?

I ordered one from Dell for around €800 a few weeks back. It's a Celeron, with 256 Mb Ram and not much else, but it does the job.

Ideal for surfing the 'net and the odd bit of word processing.

Power City have an Acer travelmate cant remember the price I think it was €899 or €800 with 60gb HD and 512mb DDR ram

Anyone know where you could get these, but without paying the
Microsoft Tax??. I know with Dell unless you're a business customer
and unless its a fairly high speced machine they won't sell it
without Windows. Thats got to be worth a couple of hundred
off the price....

Its a Pentium M which is waaaaaaaaaaay better then a celeron. and all for 820

I birng in IBM laptop with warrenty and everything....got a T41 which was brand new for 850 last week...if interested PM me!! IBM laptops are the best!
