    Sorry for the rant :(

I work part time.Three afternoons one week, Tues, Thurs and Friday 2-6, and then the following week 3 afternoons, Tues, Thurs and Frid 2-6 plus Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 2 -6. The shop is closed on a Monday.

The week of Paddys day was my 3 afternoon week, and he was closed on that Thursday(my day to work). He did not want to pay me for the Thursday he was closed, but I made a fuss so got it.

Now Easter week was my fuller week - he decided that he was going to close Good Friday, my working day, (as far as I know NOT a bank holiday) but open on Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday(normally closed). I was told on the Tuesday that he was closing for Good Friday, which is a day I had anticipated working so was quite pissed off that I was going to lose an afternoons wages. I had already told him I wouldn't be working Easter Sunday(my Sunday to work) and therefore not be paid for it and that was ok with him.
Now, do I get any sort of payment for the Monday? I had been told that you are supposed to get 20% of the previous weeks wages if a Bank holiday falls on a day you don't normally work. Can he just force me to take a day off (Good Friday) unpaid?

By the way, I was not given the option to work on the Monday(sort of in lieu of the Sunday that I should have worked)
