    There is. Check in Documents and settings/Your Profile*/local settings**/Temporary Internet Files/Reallifevstheinternet.avi.

    * The name you log on with.
    ** It's a hidden file so you need to change the settings to reveal it.

    Right click the movie, go to properties, then copy and paste the location into a download manager and bobs yer uncle

    If you have firefox just right click the page and select properties and click the media tab. It will save it for you from there.
