    Hi,
    Company buying a VB book,
just looking for opinions on what is a good book to get?
Use for reference rather then for some one new to learn from.

    Thanks

For reference get the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 Reference Library. It's the same stuff as is on the MSDN files, but it can sometimes be handier to get it in dead-tree format. Be aware that there are more inaccuracies in it than you might expect, and it doesn't tell you about any of the undocumented stuff like pointers, hacking around with VTables etc that you need for some things.

The Appleman Book: VB Programmers guide to the Wind32 API is indespensible.
