I learned C from here: http://www.cprogramming.com/tutorial.html and a whole bunch of books. But in particular the cow book from oreilly ( http://www.oreilly.com ). Good Luck, it's not really that difficult at all once you get used to it, so keep it up!

If you're learning C for UNIX, I recommend this tutorial highly. Also, if you are looking at practicing it on Linux or whatever, have a look at "Sams C for Linux in 21 days", it's a good read for a newbie to Linux & C Programming.
