http://ggts.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/197944/k8nxp9_f5i.exe I emailed Gigabyte about an updated BIOS and they sent me this, new features have been added. The BIOS is dated April 4th 2005 and the NV RAID BIOS has also been updated to 4.81. If i;m not mistaken the Sil3114 BIOS has also been updated to 5.1...but not 100% sure.
