Hey the annual new ross dunbrody festival is a two day open air gigy type thing. If your there early you dont have to pay to get in but may have to pay for the bigger gigs in the evening. Its on in July and the organisers are always looking for upcoming bands to play, and its a free venue, so if your interested PM your band details or post em ere and I'll see what I can do! :)

Well rakes of people go of different musical taste and some not even for the music cuz theres markets and funfairs and stuff but they end up going to the gigs anyway. the gigs are usually over a Saturday and a Sunday from about lunch time to sometimes around midnight. If you just give me the band details or if your a solo artist and Ill be talking to the organisers at School Of Rock tomorrow and Ill see what I can do but they're always saying if we know someone to get em down! Or theres New Ross theatre, its free to set up your own gig there but the artist usually gives a small percent of their nights takings out of curtisy (I cant spell sorry)
