has anyone bought one of these and are they any use? I have seen one or two threads on the subject but never a result. I tried a search but I think the thread has dissapeared into oblivian. Im thinking of buying one tonight, and I'm wondering if they are worth the cash?

My mate ordered one from play.com but they wont deliver gadgets to ireland, ive seen a mpeg of the world champ and his arm looked like it was about to burst open lol

aye they are very good. Really give your arms and shoulders a good seeing to.
Takes a while to get the rhythm right but after that its second nature.

Careful of blisters on your fingers though and DO NOT bring them into work

i only got the one i got to 10,200 (think 13,14k is what you should get if your good at it, the record around 15k). I think while there is force there its more to do with the technique you use. As each time I got to around 10k I didn't find it diffcult at all. Strangely enough I also got my best speeds when I was doing it slowly to show someone how to use it. Other times you just try to make it go faster and really struggle and only hit like 9000. Only use it the odd time tho, good boredom gadget.

Yeah, they are pretty cool. Expensive enough though. So far I have gotten to just over 11k, I just use it the odd time though when I am walking around or waiting for something.

You should definitly try one though because the sensation is very cool.

{EDIT} just popped an 11,665 my forearm is numb

There is a difference in price of €10 between some of them, is there a reason for that?
