    Hi all,
I am looking for a very tiny, light weight mp3 player for the gym and running any recommendations. Would like to be able to hold at least 1000 songs.
    Thanks in advance

Mightn't exactly fit the bill but NoWaffle have a combined 128MB MP3player/radio for €48 ex P&P.

The cheapest you'll get an mp3 player is probably ebay. My 1G with fm radio cost €85. That will hold about 200-250 songs. For 1000+ you'll probably need one of the hard disk based players like Ipod, but they're not all that small or cheap.

For the gym, a 1G flash based player is probably best. Plus if you have a radio on it you're laughing.

Ebay search for "1G mp3" should get you plenty of results.

I was just searching yesterday a 256mb mp3/wma/voicerecorder/usb pendrives are all going for €35 delivered. 1gb is €78 delivered.
    these were without radios.

I bought the creative MuVo 4GB player some time back. It's excellent. Very small and lightweight and you can use it to hold data too.

It is €99 for 512 where the 1gb is only 80. It has no display screen and is restricted to itunes so it is useless as a usb drive, can't do wma either, and its pretty big
