Damm Small Linux, that is. :p

I want to put it on my brand new 1gb shuffle as its an incredibly handy thing to have. Grand, I don't listen to music all that often, but its nice having an album on hand to listen to. Basically I want to know whether I can fdisk and make a partition for DSL, without the iPod firmware program (or gnupod, for that matter) coming along and wreaking havoc on it. I'd just try it myself normally, but its half two in the morning.

I was considering Knoppix, but its far too large of an install for my likings.
